Have you ever been to Campbell’s Orchards in the autumn?  It is a busy and fun time of year here at the orchard.  We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic people to join our team as cashier, market assist, kitchen assist, wagon driver, and outdoor activity/field work in the orchard.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a Farm Fun Assistant, you will help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every visitor to Campbell's Orchards. This is a highly interactive, outdoor customer service position where you will assist guests with our pick-your-own activities, corn maze, and other seasonal attractions. You will be an ambassador for our farm by sharing your knowledge, answering questions, and helping families make lasting memories.

We are currently looking to hire for both part-time and full time positions -  continuing through the fall season, including weekends and Thanksgiving.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting admission fees using cash, debit, and credit card payments.

  • Operating a traditional cash register (not a computerized POS system).

  • Making accurate change and balancing cash throughout the day.

  • Explaining activity pricing, admission options, and farm policies.

  • Helping guests understand available activities and recommending experiences based on their interests.

  • Answering general questions and directing visitors around the farm.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly and positive, with a cheerful attitude and a love for interacting with the public

  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, and standing and walking for long periods of time

  • Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset

  • The best Farm Fun Assistants are friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoy making people smile. They take pride in sharing the story of our farm, helping visitors have a great day, and ensuring every guest leaves with wonderful memories and a desire to return

Availability:

  • Position runs from mid-August to November

  • Must be available to work weekends and Thanksgiving weekend

  • Hours can be part-time or full-time, depending on availability
