5 Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
1 tbsp pine nuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Combine Brussels sprouts with garlic, Parmesan, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a mini food processor. Puree. Season with peppers and serve with your favourite crackers! A great dip to enjoy with family, friends and colleagues.
